What We’re Looking For

• Chefs of all levels (Commis, CDP, Sous, Senior Sous, Head Chef)
• A passion for quality ingredients and local Scottish produce
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, seasonal environment
