About Us The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, which also operates Michelin-starred Cail Bruich, Michelin-recommended Brett & our newest venue-The Caravan Shop. Our recently refurbished restaurant & bar offers modern classics in a relaxed and welcoming environment. At the heart of everything we do is technique and execution of the product.

Core Skills & Requirements

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Have a genuine passion for great food, with experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
  • Be a team player with effective communication skills
  • Be organised, capable of managing a section by preparing comprehensive MEP sheets, order lists, and prioritising tasks efficiently
  • Take pride in your role and appearance
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence every day

Salary & Benefits

  • £12.50 PH  per hour plus an equal share of TRONC tips from service charge and cash tips
