About Us The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, which also operates Michelin-starred Cail Bruich, Michelin-recommended Brett & our newest venue-The Caravan Shop. Core Skills & Requirements
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
- Have a genuine passion for great food, with experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
- Be a team player with effective communication skills
- Be organised, capable of managing a section by preparing comprehensive MEP sheets, order lists, and prioritising tasks efficiently
- Take pride in your role and appearance
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence every day
Salary & Benefits
- £12.50 PH per hour plus an equal share of TRONC tips from service charge and cash tips
