Part-Time Waiting Staff – The Clarence, Hyndland

We are now recruiting part‑time Waiting Staff to join our growing team at the recently opened The Clarence.

The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, who also operate Michelin‑starred Cail Bruich, Michelin‑recommended Brett & newly opened wine bar & cafe The Caravan Shop. The Clarence brings a modern brasserie, grill and bar concept to the leafy West End neighbourhood of Hyndland.

We pride ourselves on relaxed, high‑quality dining with warm, personable service. No experience is required — just a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can work:

• Evenings
• Weekends
• At short notice when required

You don’t need previous hospitality experience — full training will be provided. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Front of House team with:

• Providing friendly, attentive service
• Interacting confidently with guests
• Working with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and the kitchen team
• Willingness to learn, grow and adapt

Pay & Benefits

• Up to £12.21 per hour depending on experience, plus a share of TRONC service charge and cash tips
