The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Lead your own section to a Michelin standard
- Work closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to deliver consistent, beautifully executed dishes
- Contribute to seasonal dish development and creative refinement
- Take ownership of your mise en place, ordering, task prioritisation, and standards
- Uphold a calm, supportive, and professional atmosphere in the kitchen
This role is ideal for a talented Commis Chef ready to take the next step in a nurturing, ambitious team.
